Well, yesterday, we went to Mount Rushmore. We got some great pictures, but the internet connection is too slow to upload them right now.
Then we went to Custer State Park's wildlife loop road, where we saw some Pronghorns (sometimes incorrectly called antelope), White-tailed deer, Coyotes, Prarie Dogs, Burros (kind of like a donkey), and tons and tons of Bison.
After that we went to Wind Cave National Park, where we found that the tours did not start for another hour, so we decided not to do that. We then traveled back to the campsite, about 15 minutes away from Mount Rushmore.
Then, we proceeded to go to the Mount Rushmore lighting ceremony, which was enjoyable. Well, other than the fact that it had just rained, and the seats were all wet.
We then returned back to the campsite, where we built a small campfire and roasted some s'mores.
Today, we will see Devils Tower, and then hopefully continue into Cody, WY, for the night.
Pictures to come, once we get a better internet connection!
