Trip Update!

Sorry for the lack of updating so far. Here is a quick recap of our trip so far.

Saturday - We set off and drove to Edon, Ohio, where we stayed with the Kachs Aunt Vicki and Uncle TJ. We had a nice dinner there, and then set up our pop-up campers. They showed us much gracious hospitality. We drove 661 miles that day.

Sunday - We drove from Edon to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I think we saw at least 150 wind mills while we were driving through Iowa on I-80. We were in the car for 13 hours yesterday because of the time zone changes. We drove 774 miles yesterday.

Today (Monday) - We survived our first thunderstorm early this morning. Happy to say that both campers are watertight! We are driving from Sioux Falls, to Custer, South Dakota, where we will see Mount Rushmore. Hopefully we will get there in time to see when they light it up at night!
